*5The withdrawal will be made by converting the wallet currency you selected as the withdrawal source on the FXON portal into cryptocurrency.

*6Withdrawals will be made in the wallet currency selected as the destination on the FXON portal. If there is no wallet in the same currency on the STICPAY side, the funds will be automatically converted at STICPAY’s own exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee, and credited to your main wallet currency. If you want to avoid currency conversion, please add a wallet in the corresponding currency on STICPAY in advance.

*7 If the withdrawal amount is below the minimum withdrawal limit, a fee of 2,000 JPY / 20 USD / 20 EUR will be deducted.

*8Due to network congestion on the blockchain, it may take some time for the transaction to be reflected.

*9If the email address registered with STICPAY differs from the one used when making a deposit to FXON, we ask you to submit a screenshot that shows the registration details of your STICPAY account for identity verification purposes. Please note that the estimated processing time mentioned does not include the time required for identity verification.
