At FXON, you can deposit funds into your wallet using domestic bank transfer in Japan or international bank transfer. Please note that the available deposit methods may vary depending on the wallet currency. If your preferred deposit method is not available, you can transfer funds between wallets after the deposit.

Domestic bank transfer

You can deposit funds into your wallet by transferring to our designated domestic bank in Japan. The process is simple and can be completed easily using online banking or an ATM.
Deposits can only be made in Japanese yen, and there are no deposit fees*1. After completing the transfer, funds will typically be reflected in your wallet within 5 minutes to 1 hour on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

*1If the deposit amount is below 10,000 yen, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged, and the amount after the fee will be reflected in your wallet.

Overseas bank transfer

You can deposit funds into your wallet by transferring to our designated overseas bank. You can complete the transfer at a bank that processes international transfers. We accept deposits in Japanese yen, US dollars, and Euros, and there are no deposit fees*1. After completing the transfer, funds will typically be reflected in your wallet within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

*1If the deposit amount is below USD 100.00 (or equivalent), a fee of USD 10.00 (or equivalent) will be charged, and the amount after the fee will be reflected in your wallet.
