Can I cancel a withdrawal request after submitting it?

A withdrawal request can be canceled by logging into the FXON portal and navigating to the "Transaction History" screen. Cancellation is possible if the withdrawal process has not yet been completed. If the status shows "Required," it means the transaction is still in the pre-processing state.
1. Menu bar
After logging into the FXON portal, click on "Wallet Management" > "Transaction history" from the left menu.

2. Cancel the withdrawal request
On the Transaction History screen, click the "X" next to the transaction you wish to cancel.

Notice
Please note that if there is no "X" next to the transaction and the status shows "Processing" or "Approved," the process is already in progress. Even if the funds have not yet been received in the bank account, cancellation is not possible.
3. Confirm cancellation of the withdrawal process
Review the withdrawal method and amount displayed, then click "Undo withdrawal"

4. Cancellation complete
Once the process is complete, "Withdrawal Process Canceled!" will be displayed at the top of the screen, and the status of the corresponding transaction will change to "Closed." The funds will be immediately refunded to your wallet upon successful cancellation.
