If you withdraw via overseas bank transfer, the funds in your wallet will be sent to your designated overseas bank account. If the currency of the wallet is different from the currency of your designated bank account, funds will be transferred at the exchange rate of your designated bank.
Please refer to the steps below for withdrawing via overseas bank transfer.
1. Menu bar
After logging into the FXON portal, go to the left menu and click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Withdrawal".

2. Withdrawal via overseas bank transfer (i)
On the withdrawal page, (1) select the wallet you wish to withdraw > (2) choose the overseas bank you wish to send > (3) click "Withdraw funds."

Key Point
If you wish to withdraw via overseas bank transfer, you will need to register the bank account information in advance. Please refer to the following article for how to register your withdrawal bank account details.
Select "Withdraw all" or "Specify the amount" (please enter the amount) and click "Proceed to the next."

Notice
In the unlikely event that the name registered with us differs from the name on the specified bank account, the withdrawal process may be canceled. In such cases, the funds will be refunded to the original wallet.
4. Withdrawal via overseas bank transfer (iii)
Once you have reviewed the withdrawal details to ensure there are no errors, please (1) check the box for "I have confirmed the precautions for remittance." and then (2) click "Perform withdrawal.

5.Two-Factor Authentication
Please complete the two-factor authentication.
6. Withdrawal Request Completed
Once "Your request for withdrawal is accepted" is displayed, the process is complete.
7. Withdrawal Application Email
An email regarding your withdrawal request will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.
Email subject:【FXON】We have accepted your application for withdrawal from the Wallet
8. Withdrawal Completion Email
After the withdrawal process is completed on our end, a withdrawal completion email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.
Email subject:【FXON】 Withdrawal from your wallet is completed
Key Point
The funds will be transferred to your specified bank account within one business day after the withdrawal process (excluding weekends and holidays). In the unlikely event that the funds have not been credited to your account within six business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the withdrawal process, please contact our support desk.
