If you choose to withdraw via Japan local bank wire transfer, the funds will be sent in JPY (Japanese Yen) to the Japanese local bank account you specify. The withdrawal process can be easily completed through the FXON portal, and for detailed instructions, please refer to the steps below.

After logging into the FXON portal, go to the left menu and click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Withdrawal".

Once "Your request for withdrawal is accepted" is displayed, the process is complete.

An email regarding your withdrawal request will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.

After the withdrawal process is completed on our end, a withdrawal completion email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.

Key Point

Funds will be processed by our company within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after a withdrawal request is submitted. After the transfer has been processed on our side, the funds will usually be credited to your designated bank account within 1 to 2 business days. Should your funds not be credited to your designated bank account within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of your withdrawal request, please reach out to our support desk.
