At FXON, customers can submit the required verification documents using various methods. Email attachment is one of these methods and can be completed by sending the necessary documents that meet the criteria to our support desk at [email protected].

1. Attach the Verification Documents to the Email 

Submitting each document is only possible after completing new registration and profile setup with FXON. Please complete these steps first.
After completing the registration and profile setup, you can proceed to submit the verification documents. Simply attach the required documents through your preferred email service.

Each verification document will be accepted only if it meets the requirements. Please review the types of acceptable documents and the photo guidelines before submission.

2. Create and Send an Email 

Set the recipients, subject, and body, then send the email.
There are no specific requirements for the subject or body. However, please confirm that the recipient is set to “[email protected]” and that the email is sent from the email address you registered with FXON.

3. Receive an Activation Email 

After you submit the required documents via email, we will review them. This process is typically completed within one business day. If there are any issues with your documents or if additional documents are required, we will notify you via email.
Upon verification of the documents, the following email will be sent to your registered email address.
