Steps to Submit Verification Documents via Email Attachment

At FXON, customers can submit the required verification documents using various methods. Email attachment is one of these methods and can be completed by sending the necessary documents that meet the criteria to our support desk at support@fxon.com.

1. Attach the Verification Documents to the Email 

Submitting each document is only possible after completing new registration and profile setup with FXON. Please complete these steps first.

you can proceed to submit the verification documents. Simply attach the required documents through your preferred email service.

Each verification document will be accepted only if it meets the requirements. Please review the types of acceptable documents and the photo guidelines before submission.

2. Create and Send an Email 

Set the recipients, subject, and body, then send the email.
There are no specific requirements for the subject or body. However, please confirm that the recipient is set to “support@fxon.com” and that the email is sent from the email address you registered with FXON.

3. Document verified email

Once the review process is completed, we will send you the following email. If your application is incomplete, we will also contact you by email.

If you have any questions about submitting certification documents, please contact our support desk.

We will provide prompt support so that you can complete the procedure without worry.

4. Status after completion of approval

After the verification, please make sure the status has been changed to Approved.

Customers applying for a personal account can open a real account once identity verification is complete. Customers applying for a corporate account can open a real account after both identity and corporate verification have been completed.
