At FXON, customers can submit the required verification documents using various methods. Support chat is one of these methods and can be completed by sending the necessary documents via chat window on the FXON official website.

FXON provides 24/7 support by agents, allowing you to submit documents via support chat at your convenience.

1. Open the Chat Window

Submitting each document is only possible after completing new registration and profile setup with FXON. Please complete these steps first.
After completing the registration and profile setup, you can proceed to submit the verification documents. Click the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of the FXON official website.

3. Select "Chat with an agent"

Click "Chat with an agent". Then, follow the instructions on the window to enter your full name, and you will be connected to a support agent.

4.Submit the Required Information and Documents

After connecting the agent, please inform them that you would like to submit verification documents.
Then, attach the acceptable documents with the following required information.
  • Registered Full Name (in Roman letters)
  • Registered Email Address
  • Post Code
  • Date of Birth
Once we confirm that the submitted documents are acceptable, they will be forwarded to the relevant department. After the review process is complete, you will receive an email notification regarding the verification result, regardless of the outcome.
