If you are using FXON's Two-Factor authentication with an authenticator app and the authenticator app can no longer retrieve the security code, please deactivate the authenticator app (e.g.,when you have deleted the Google Authenticator app or lost your smartphone).

1. Display the FXON portal login screen

On the FXON portal login screen, click "Deactivation Process".

The deactivation process window will appear. Click "Send" to receive a security code via your smartphone (top row) and your registered email address (bottom row), respectively.

Enter the (1) security code received on your registered smartphone and (2) security code sent to your registered email address, respectively, and click (3) "Verify".

After logging in to the FXON portal, you can change your Two-Factor authentication again. Two-Factor authentication can be selected from the following options.
