How to Manage Your FXON Account Authentication App for Two-Factor authentication is no longer available and I cannot log in.

If you are using FXON's Two-Factor authentication with an authenticator app and the authenticator app can no longer retrieve the security code, please deactivate the authenticator app (e.g.,when you have deleted the Google Authenticator app or lost your smartphone).
1. Display the FXON portal login screen
2. Sending 6-digit verification code
If you are unable to receive SMS on your smartphone, click "Check by voice" to obtain the security code.
Please refer to the following for instructions on how to obtain the security code via automated voice authentication.
3. Authentication
The period of validity is as follows. If a certain amount of time has passed, a new security code will be sent to you by clicking the "Resend" button. If you are unable to receive SMS on your smartphone, click "Check by voice".

Security code received on your smartphone: 10 minutes
Security code received to your email address: 1 hour
Please note that if you enter the verification code incorrectly a certain number of times, you will not be able to unlock the Two-Factor authentication for 1 hour for security reasons.

After logging in to the FXON portal, you can change your Two-Factor authentication again. Two-Factor authentication can be selected from the following options.
