When you change personal information or deposit/withdraw money, Two-Factor authentication is required for heightened security.
Two-factor authentication using an authentication app (Google Authenticator) requires the user to enter a 6-digit one-time password generated by the app when performing important actions. This security feature helps prevent impersonation.
1. Security settings
After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) "Settings icon" > (2) "Security Settings" in the top right corner.

2. Choose Two-Factor authentication
Go to Settings for Important Operations > Two-Factor Authentication and click "Two-Factor Authentication Using Authentication App".

3. Download the Google Authenticator app
From the App Store or Google Play, install the (1) Google Authenticator app on your phone and click (2) "Next".

You can skip this step if Google Authenticator is already installed on your phone.
4. Open Google Authenticator
Open the installed Google Authenticator app. Scan the QR code on the screen or copy and paste the secret key into the app.
5. Enter the code
Enter the 6-digit code displayed on the Google Authenticator app.
Note
The security code changes every 30 seconds. If you get an authentication error at the time of change, please try again with a new code.
6. Confirmation
On the confirmation window, click "Change".

7. Two-Factor authentication
Two-Factor authentication may be required.
8. The completion window
Once the window for changing the two-factor authentication method appears, the procedure is complete. Click "Close" to return to the security settings.

9. Email confirming the completion of the two-factor authentication method change
A confirmation email regarding the change of your two-factor authentication method will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.

The next time Two-Factor authentication is required, a code will be sent to your e-mail address.
