Trading at FXON is done using the MetaTrader app; on smartphones/tablets running the Android OS, the mobile version of the MT4 app can be used to start trading in a highly responsive environment.
For clients who already have a trading account with FXON, simply install the MT4 app, enter your ID and password, and you are ready to trade.
1. On installing MetaTrader 4
MetaTrader 4 (MT4) is a reliable trading platform used by traders around the world. On a terminal that fully satisfies the following conditions, it is possible to extract the performance of MT4 and trade comfortably.

Please make sure that your device meets the system requirements, and note that Chromebooks may not work smoothly depending on the device.
In order to login with MT4, you will need to open an MT4 account with FXON. Please make sure that your login information has been sent to your registered e-mail address after account opening is completed before proceeding with the following operations.
Tap the “Play Store” application on your Android device.
3. Install MT4
Type “mt4” in the search box and tap the “Install” button for the MetaTrader 4 application.
4. Launch the application
After installation, tap “Open” to launch the MT4 application.
5. Confirmation of User Agreement
Once the application is launched, a screen will appear to confirm your agreement to the Terms of Use. Tap the “Accept” button after confirming the contents.
6. View the demo account opening screen
When “Open Demo Account” appears, tap the “×” in the upper right corner of the screen.
7. Search Brokerage Firms
Enter “fxon” in the “Search for a brokerage firm” field on the screen.
8. Select a server
Tap the server you want to use from the servers displayed in the search results.
How to check your login information
The server, ID, and password will be sent to your registered e-mail address upon completion of account opening, so please check your e-mail. If you are unsure of your login information, please refer to the following
Enter your login ID and password, and tap “SIGN IN”.
10. Login Completed
Your account information will appear at the top of the screen and you will be able to log in.
11. If you cannot install or log in
Please refer to the following troubleshootings if you can't install the app or login.
If there is an issue with your internet connection, the installation or login process may be interrupted and fail to complete. Please check your Wi-Fi and mobile data connection.
If your device doesn't have enough storage, the app may fail to install. Please delete unnecessary apps or data to free up sufficient storage for the installation.
During maintenance, you may temporarily be unable to log in. You can find maintenance information for FXON on the following page.
If the message "Authorization failed" appears, it means the login was not completed successfully. Since there may be incorrect information you entered, please check and re-enter your login details correctly.
Beware of extra space intrusion.
In particular, when copying and pasting your login ID and password, please be careful not to include extra spaces.
