If you stop the operation during the FXON identity verification procedure, or if the procedure is interrupted due to Internet connection problems or the screen being closed, you will need to redo the operation. Please go through the identification verification procedure again.
Display of interruption message during identification procedure
When the face verification process is completed, the first email will be sent automatically. If facial recognition is not completed and the process is interrupted, you will need to start the process all over again.
When the authentication of your current address is completed, a second email will be sent to you.
