In order to change the corporate and representative phone numbers for a corporate account, please log in to the FXON portal and go to the Profile Settings screen to complete the procedure. Please note that changes to phone numbers other than the verified phone number require approval of our support desk.
1. Display the Profile Settings screen
After logging into the FXON portal, click (1) "Settings icon"> (2) "Profile Settings" in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. On Profile Settings
On the Profile Settings screen, click "Change information" below the item box you wish to edit.

3. Enter new phone number
On the Representative Information section, tick (1) "Phone Number" or "Others" in the Phone Number section. If you tick "Others," enter the new (2) country code and (3) phone number to be registered and click (4) "Change information".

4. Confirmation of new phone number
Once the registration confirmation screen is displayed, confirm that the information entered is correct and click "Change".

5. Registration of changes completed
When "Information registration is completed!" is displayed at the top of the screen, the procedure is complete.
On Profile Settings, you will see a message "We will verify the information you submitted. Please submit required documents if you haven't already." While this message is displayed, the approval process is in progress at our support desk.
6. Confirmation email for phone number change
Please check your registered e-mail address for an e-mail confirming the change.
