The phone number of the person in charge of your corporate account is the same phone number that was SMS-verified at the time of the account registration. You will be required to perform SMS verification again with a new phone number. Please be sure to use a phone number that supports SMS.
1. Display the Security Settings screen
After logging into the FXON portal, click (1) Settings (gear icon) > (2) "Security Settings" in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Change the authenticated phone number
When the Security Settings screen is displayed, click "Change" on the right side of the authenticated phone number in the Security Information section.

3. Enter new phone number
Enter the new (1) country code and (2) phone number to be registered and click (3) "Change".

The phone number must be entered excluding the first 0 and hyphens.

4. Display of confirmation screen for sending security code
A confirmation window for the change of the authenticated phone number will appear. Click "Send" to have the verification code sent to your new smartphone for confirmation.

5. Enter authentication code
When the confirmation window for the authenticated phone number change appears, enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to your new smartphone via SMS. If an error occurs, click the "Resend" button and try resending the security code.

6. Confirmation window for the change displayed
Once the message "Your new smartphone phone number has been successfully verified. Your verified phone number will be changed. Click 'Change' to proceed." is displayed, click "Change".

Note
If "Two-Factor Authentication Using SMS" is set, you cannot change your registered phone number (authenticated phone number). Please change your registered phone number (authenticated phone number) after setting the two-step authentication method to a method other than "Two-Step Authentication Using SMS".
7. Two-Factor Authentication
Once the Two-Factor authentication begins, please complete the process.
8. Change completion window displayed
When the message "Verified phone number has been changed." is displayed, the change of your registered phone number (authenticated phone number) is complete. Click "Close" to return to the Security Settings screen.

9. Email of the completion of phone number change will be sent
Please check your registered e-mail address for an e-mail confirming the completion of the change of your registered phone number.
