FXON portfolios are updated every 30 minutes. New positions will be reflected in the next update. If you cannot see them, click Sync. You should see the message "Information update is completed!"

Open the portfolio settings

Log in to the FXON Portal and click "Sync" on the Portfolio page. Portfolios are updated every 30 minutes, not in real time.

Synchronization successful

You will see the message "Synchronization has been successfully performed at [TIME], [DATE]".

A green checkmark and 'Success' will be displayed in the sync status, with the last sync time shown below.

Note

Synchronization may fail due to issues with the network or server environment, or due to changes in your MetaTrader 4/5 account information.

If synchronization fails for any other reason, please contact our support desk.
