How do I change the registered STICPAY email address?

IIf the email address registered with FXON is differs from the one registered with STICPAY, you will need to complete the registration of your STICPAY email address after selecting STICPAY as your deposit method. After registering your email address, you will be required to submit identity verification documents to confirm that the STICPAY account belongs to you. For more details, please refer to the page below.
Please note that, by default, the email address registered to your FXON account will be displayed.
1. Menu bar
After logging into the FXON portal, go to the left menu and click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Deposit".

2. Updating the STICPAY deposit email (i)
"STICPAY " on the deposit method list page, click "Edit".

On editing email address page, enter the email address registered to your STICPAY account and click "Next step".

Make sure that everything is correct and click "Register".

5. Two-Factor Authentication Screen
Please proceed with the two-factor authentication.
6. The completion message
Once the email address has been changed, the completion message "Email address registration is complete!" will appear at the top of the screen.
7. Registered Email Address Update Confirmation
A confirmation email regarding the completion of your STICPAY address change will be sent to the email address registered with FXON. Please check your inbox.
