Withdrawal fees vary depending on the method you choose. Please refer to the table below for the fee of each withdrawal option.

Please note that an additional fee may be charged if there is no trading activity between the deposit and withdrawal dates and the withdrawal is made within two weeks of the deposit date.

The fees for each withdrawal method are as follows:

*1If you withdraw less than the minimum amount, a fee of JPY 2,000 will be charged.

*2If you withdraw less than the minimum amount, a withdrawal fee of USD 34.00, an additional fee of USD 20.00, and any fees charged by intermediary or receiving banks will be deducted before the funds are deposited into your bank account. Therefore, in some cases, the amount may be negative.

*1If you withdraw less than the minimum amount, this fee will be waived since withdrawal fees have already been applied.

Notice

Regarding wallets that can be used, only JPY is accepted for Japan local bank wire transfer, and only USD is accepted for Overseas bank transfer. If you want to use a different wallet, please transfer funds between wallets.

Please note that if the currency of the sending wallet differs from the currency of the receiving bank account, the funds will be converted into the currency of the receiving bank upon arrival. In addition, if you use a JPY-denominated bank account for overseas transfers, currency conversion will occur both during the wallet transfer and when the funds are credited to your bank account.
