Yes, deposits and withdrawals are possible even if the registered email addresses for FXON and STICPAY are different.

However, if you are using a different email address, you will be required to submit the following two screenshots that confirm your STICPAY account information for identity verification. In that case, we will contact you via email, so please submit them as instructed.

Required Document (i): STICPAY Account Information Page

After logging into STICPAY, please select "ACCOUNT" from the left menu. Then, take a screenshot showing both (1) your account name (registered name) in the top left and (2) your registered email address displayed on the screen.

After logging in to your STICPAY account, please select "ALL HISTORY" from the menu on the left.
On the right side of the screen, ensure that the transaction history shows a transfer where FXON is listed as the recipient.
Then, take a screenshot that clearly displays.
  • the account name and email address at the top left
  • the detailed transaction information
  • the recipient information indicating FXON
