How do I change the registered information for the corporate account?

Changes to corporate account registration information can be made via the 'Profile Settings' or 'Security Settings' screens on the FXON portal, depending on the type of change. Please note that name changes cannot be made through the FXON portal. To request a name change, contact us at 'support@fxon.com' from your registered email address and attach the required documentation.

The procedures and required documents vary depending on the nature of the change, so please refer to the details below.

Updating Your Name

If you wish to change the name of the representative or trading representative, please submit one of the following documents:
  • Passport (if your maiden name is listed alongside your family name)
  • Driver's license (both sides)
  • ID / Residential card (with name change)
  • Other official documents proving name change

If the representative is being changed to another person, or if the company name is being changed, additional documents will be required for verification. Please contact our support desk for further details.

Updating Your Address

You can complete the procedure from the 'Profile Settings' screen on the FXON portal. After making the change, you will be required to submit a certificate showing the new address (issued within the last six months). Please refer to the information below for the required documents.
In the case of an address change for the representative or the person in charge of transactions, please submit one of the following certificates.
  • Bank Statement
  • Credit card / Debit card Statement
  • Utility bill / Invoice
  • Phone bill
  • Other proof of residence documents
For changes to the corporate address, please submit one of the following certificates.
  • Utility bill / Invoice
  • Bank Statement
  • Certificate of registered seal / signature
  • Government-issued document with company name, address and the date of issue

Updating the phone number or email address of the person in charge of the transaction

You can make the changes from the 'Security Settings' screen on the FXON portal. For detailed instructions, please refer to the respective pages below.
