For requests outside the execution time, please contact us via email or chat.
Support Hours for Manual Requests *2:Weekdays (Monday - Friday) 00:00 - 09:00 (UTC)
Please contact our support desk with the required information listed below.
*1The Negative Balance Protection is executed once per day.
