At FXON, we use a Zero Cut (Negative Balance Protection), so you will not lose more than your deposit. A margin call is triggered when your margin level falls below 50%, and if it drops below 20%, your positions will be automatically closed. In rare cases, your account balance may temporarily go negative. In the event of sudden market changes causing your balance to dip below zero, we reset it to zero, preventing any losses beyond your deposit.
If the Zero Cut is triggered, your account balance will be reset to zero within 24 hours.
Please refer to the following for the difference between a Stop Out and a Zero Cut.
