At FXON, if your trading account balance becomes negative, the Negative Balance Protection policy is applied, automatically resetting your balance to zero within 24 hours.
Negative Balance Protection Execution Time*1：Weekdays (Monday - Friday) 15:00 - 17:00 (UTC)
For requests outside the execution time, please contact our support desk via email or chat with the following required information:
Support Hours for Manual Requests*2：Weekdays (Monday - Friday) 00:00 - 09:00 (UTC)
Required Information
- Full Name (Romanized)
- Registered Email Address
- Postal Code
- Date of BirthTrading Platform (MT4 or MT5)
- Account Type (Elite or Standard)
- Account Number
- Current Balance
*1The Negative Balance Protection is executed once per day.
*2Processing time may vary depending on the situation.
