When opening an account at FXON for an overseas-registered corporation, please submit the following documents:

Corporate formation documents
Proof of current corporate address
Board of Director Resolution for account operation
Financial statements

Corporate Formation Documents

You are required to submit the following corporate formation documents:

Certificate of Incumbency
Certificate of Incorporation
Certificate of Registration

You may submit one of the three documents listed above. Please ensure the document you submit was issued within the last three months.

Memorandum and Articles of Association

Prepare the most recent versions. If the Memorandum and Articles of Association do not list corporate shareholders, then documentation verifying the corporate shareholders will be required. If a shareholder itself is a corporation, please submit the relevant corporate documentation for that entity as well.

Proof of Current Corporate Address

Please provide a Certificate of Registered Office as proof of the corporate address. Alternatively, a bank certificate or utility bill in the company's name may also be accepted as proof of current corporate address.

The Board of Director Resolution is a written resolution specifying the individual(s) authorized to conduct transactions with FXON on behalf of the corporation.

Financial Statements

These are the documents used for tax filing, such as a balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

When submitting financial statements or other required documents, if they consist of multiple pages, please make sure to include all of the required pages. Additionally, please note that these documents must be the most recent versions available.

Please submit photo ID, an ID selfie, and proof of current address for all directors and all shareholders holding corporate shares.
