Trading at FXON is conducted using the MetaTrader application; on smartphones/tablets running the Android OS, the mobile version of the MT5 application can be used to start trading in a comfortable environment that has evolved from MT4.

Customers who have a trading account with FXON can trade simply by installing the MT5 app and entering their ID and password.

1. On installing MetaTrader 5 

MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is a next-generation trading platform developed as an evolution of MetaTrader 4 and equipped with richer functions.
The system requirements for comfortable use on Android devices are as follows:

Please make sure that your device meets the system requirements, and note that Chromebooks may not work smoothly depending on the device and other factors.
In order to login with MT5, you will need to open an MT5 account with FXON. Please make sure that your login information has been sent to your registered e-mail address after you have opened an account before proceeding with the following operations.

2. Open the Play Store 

Tap the “Play Store” application on your Android device.

3. Install MT5 

In the search box, enter “mt5” and tap the “Install” button for the “MetaTrader 5” application.

4. Launch the application 

After installation, tap “Open” to launch the MT5 application.

5. Confirmation of User Agreement 

Once the application is launched, a screen will appear to confirm your agreement to the Terms of Use. Please confirm the contents and tap the “Accept” button.

6. View the demo account opening screen 

When “Open Demo Account” appears, tap the “×” in the upper right corner of the screen.

7. Search Brokerage Firms 

Type “fxon” in the search field on the screen.

8. Select FXON 

Tap “FXON” that appears in the search results.

9. Enter your login ID and password

How to check your login information

The server, ID, and password will be sent to your registered e-mail address upon completion of account opening, so please check your e-mail. If you are unsure of your login information, please refer to the following.

10. Login Completed 

Your account information will appear at the top of the screen, and you will be able to start using it.

11. If you cannot install or log in 

Please refer to the following troubleshootings if you can't install the app or login.
If there is an issue with your internet connection, the installation or login process may be interrupted and fail to complete. Please check your Wi-Fi and mobile data connection.
If your device doesn't have enough storage, the app may fail to install. Please delete unnecessary apps or data to free up sufficient storage for the installation.
During maintenance, you may temporarily be unable to log in. You can find maintenance information for FXON on the following page.
If the message “Authorization failed” appears, it means the login was not completed successfully. Since there may be incorrect information you entered, please check and re-enter your login details correctly.
