Trading at FXON is done using the MetaTrader app, which is available for iPhone/iPad with the iOS version of the MT4 app, allowing you to access the market at your preferred time and start trading in a highly responsive environment.
For clients who already have an FXON trading account, simply install the MT4 app, enter your ID and password, and you are ready to trade.

iOS 12.0 was released in September 2018 and is supported by iPhone 5s and later and iPad Air and later devices. Please make sure your device meets these requirements.
You will also need to open an MT4 account with FXON in order to log in with MT4. Please make sure that your account has been opened and your login information has been sent to your registered e-mail address before proceeding with the following operations.
Tap the "App Store" application on your iPhone device.
3. Install MT4
Type "mt4" in the search box and tap the "Get" button on the "MetaTrader 4" application.
4. Launch the application
After installation, tap "Open" to launch the MT4 application.
5. Confirmation of User Agreement
Once the application is launched, a screen will appear confirming your agreement to the Terms of Use. Please confirm the contents and tap "Accept".
6. View the demo account opening screen
When "Open Demo Account" appears, tap "Cancel" in the upper right corner of the screen.
7. Log in to trading account
The "New Account" screen will appear. To log in to your trading account, tap "Login to an existing account".
8. Broker Selection
When the broker selection screen appears, enter "fxon" in the search field at the top of the screen. Tap FXON when it appears in the search results.
How to check your login information
The transaction server, ID, and password will be sent to your registered e-mail address upon completion of account opening, so please check your e-mail. If you are unsure of your login information, please refer to the following
Enter your login ID and password, and tap "Sign In".
10. Check login status
Once you have successfully logged in, the "Quotes" screen will appear and the quotes for each issue will begin to move.
Please note that from 7:00 a.m. Japan time on Saturday to 7:00 a.m. on Monday, there will be no price delivery for FX currency pairs (6:00 a.m. on Saturday to 6:00 a.m. on Monday in the case of daylight saving time).
11. In Case You Can't Install the App or Login
Please refer to the following troubleshootings if you can't install the app or login.
If there is an issue with your internet connection, the installation or login process may be interrupted and fail to complete. Please check your Wi-Fi and mobile data connection.
If your device doesn't have enough storage, the app may fail to install. Please delete unnecessary apps or data to free up sufficient storage for the installation.
During maintenance, you may temporarily be unable to log in. You can find maintenance information for FXON on the following page.
If the message "Invalid account" appears, it means the login was not completed successfully. Since there may be incorrect information you entered, please check and re-enter your login details correctly.
Pay Attention to Extra Spaces
Please ensure that no extra spaces are included when copying and pasting your login ID or password.
