Once you submit a withdrawal request, funds will usually be credited to your account within one business day when using a domestic bank transfer in Japan. You can check the status of your withdrawal in the 'Transaction history' of the FXON portal.

If the funds have not been credited to your designated account within one business day after completing the withdrawal process, please contact our support desk.
