After submitting a withdrawal request, funds will be credited within 1-2 business days for Japan local bank wire transfers and within 5-10 business days for overseas bank transfers.

You can check the status of your withdrawal in the 'Transaction history' of the FXON portal.

If the funds have not been credited to your designated account within one business day after completing the withdrawal process, please contact our support desk.
