How do I delete my registered bank information?

To remove a bank account for fund withdrawals, log in to the FXON Portal, then navigate to "Wallet Management" > "Withdrawal". You can re-registerer an account if it was deleted by mistake.

After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Withdrawal" on the side menu.

After logging in to the FXON Portal, tap the three lines (≡) at the top of the screen and choose (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Withdrawal".

2. Bank account removal (i)

On the list of your registered accounts, choose the (1) account to delete, and click (2) "Remove account".

On the confirmation window, click "Delete".

On the confirmation window, tap "Delete".

4.Two-Factor Authentication

Please complete the two-factor authentication.

5. Bank Account Removal Completed

The message "Account information has been deleted!" will appear at the top. The account should no longer appear in the registered accounts section.
