How can I close multiple positions from the FXON Portal?

If you have multiple positions in your trading account, you can close them together on the Position Management screen after logging into the FXON Portal. Please note that when closing multiple positions, you cannot specify the number of lots.

You can close multiple positions at once from your trading account.

1. Menu bar

After logging into the FXON portal, go to the left menu and click on "Position Management".

2. Select an account to close multiple positions

Select a (1) real account or a demo account and (2) click the target trading account from the pull-down menu.

(1) Select multiple positions you wish to close and (2) click "Close position".

Notice

Limit orders cannot be closed.

When the "Trading Stop (Execute all settlements)" window appears, click "Execute all settlements".

5. Completion of multiple positions closing

The message "The selected position has been successfully settled." is displayed, the settlement is complete. Click "Close" to return to the Position Management screen.

Please note that since the rate is determined by market fluctuations, market order may not always be executed at the displayed price.

6. Failure to successfully close multiple positions

If the position was not closed successfully, an error screen will appear. If an error message appears and you are unable to close the position, please close the position from MT4/MT5.
