If you are unable to close a position from the "Position Management" section, the possible causes are as follows.

  • Requotes (rejected trades): In the event of sudden market fluctuation, the settlement may not be able to keep up with the market fluctuation and requotes occur.
  • Communication failure: When communication failure occurs between FXON Portal and MT server or broker side.
  • Large price difference (20 points or more) that may lead to gambling transactions: If there is a large price difference (20 points or more) from the price displayed in the "Current Price", settlement may not be possible.

Please try closing the position again or perform the closing via MT4/MT5.
