If you have forgotten your registered email address, please try resetting your password first.

On the FXON login screen, enter any email address you may have used, then click "Forgot Password" in the bottom right corner to access the password reset page.

Enter your suspected email address again and submit the form. If the email address is registered, you will receive a password reset email.

To verify your email address, you will be required to submit an official identification document with a photo.
