If you can't remember your password, reset it from the login page. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.
You can reset your password as follows.
1. FXON Portal login page
Click "Forgot Password" on the FXON Portal login page.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the FXON Portal login page.
2. Enter your email address
On the Forgot Password page, enter (1) your email address and click (2) "Send reset email".

3. The password reset email
The password reset link will be sent to your email address. Read the message and click a link in the email.
The link is valid for [30 minutes]. Please start over if you cannot activate the link on time.

4. Reset your password
On the Create a Password page, enter (1) your new password and click (2) "Register".
On the Create a Password page, enter (1) your new password and tap (2) "Register".
Passwords must contain 12 or more characters (letters and numbers).

5. Redirected to the Dashboard
If you are redirected to the Dashboard and the message "Password update is complete." appears, the process has been completed. Log in with the new password next time.
6. Password change notification
The email to notify you that your password has been reset will be sent to your email address. The new password is not included in the email, so please be sure to remember it.
