If you can't remember your password, reset it from the login page. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

You can reset your password as follows.

Click "Forgot Password" on the FXON Portal login page.

On the Forgot Password page, enter (1) your email address and click (2) "Send reset email".

The password reset link will be sent to your email address. Read the message and click a link in the email.

3. The password reset email

Notice

The password reset URL is valid for 30 minutes after the email is sent. If more than 30 minutes have passed since you received the email, the URL will expire. Please go through the password reset process again from the beginning.

4. Reset your password

On the Create a Password page, enter (1) your new password and click (2) "Register".

Passwords must contain 12 or more characters (letters and numbers).

If you are redirected to the Dashboard and the message "Password update is complete." appears, the process has been completed. Log in with the new password next time.
