To change your phone number, go to the security settings after logging in to the FXON Portal. Verify your new phone number by entering a 6-digit verification code sent to your phone to complete the process. The phone number must be able to receive SMS.
1. Security settings
After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) Settings icon > (2) Security Settings in the top right corner.

2. Enter a new phone number (i)
Go to Login Settings > Security Information > Phone Number and click "Change".

3. Enter a new phone number (ii)
Enter your new (1) country code and (2) phone number and click (3) "Change". You can't change it to a phone number that is already in use.

4. Confirmation window
On the confirmation window, click "Send". A verification code will be sent to your new phone.

5. Enter the code
Enter the verification code sent to your new phone number via SMS.
Note
The security code is valid for [10 minutes]. If you do not receive an SMS or the security code returns an error, click the "Resend" button and try again.
