How do I update the registered address on my personal account?

You can update the registered address on your personal account by logging into the FXON portal and going to the "Profile Settings". A valid proof of address is required. If your new address is in a different country, please contact our support desk, as such changes cannot be made through the portal.

1. Open Profile Settings page

After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) "Settings icon" > (2) "Profile Settings" in the top right corner.

On the Profile Settings page, click "Change Information".

3. Enter New Address

Enter the new address in the (1) Zip/Postal Code, (2) State/Province, (3) City, (4) Address Line. Once you have finished entering the new address, click (5) "Change Information".

4. Confirm the new address details

When the confirmation screen is displayed, please verify that all the entered information is correct, then click "Change".

5. Address Update Completed

Once "Information registration is completed!" is displayed at the top of the screen, your update has been successfully completed.

6. Address Update Confirmation Email

A confirmation email regarding your address update will be sent to your registered email address. Additionally, you will receive a separate email with instructions to submit a valid proof of your new address. Please submit a document that clearly shows your new address. The address update process will be completed once your proof of address has been verified.
