You can change the affiliate platform information name and URL you registered when applying to become a business partner on the FXON portal.
However, other business partner information cannot be changed on the FXON portal, so please contact to our support desk.
Please note that we do not accept changes by phone or fax.
1. Merchant Settings
After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) Settings icon > (2) Merchant Settings in the top right corner.

2. Enter new affiliate platform information (i)
Click (1) Business Partner Information > (2) "Change" of Affiliate platform name or Affiliate platform URL in Information regarding the partner transactions.
Tap (1) Business Partner Information > (2) "Change" of Affiliate platform name or Affiliate platform URL in Information regarding the partner transactions.
3. Enter new affiliate platform information (ii)
(1) Enter new "Affiliate platform name" or "Affiliate platform URL", (2) and click "Change".

4. Register new affiliate platform information
Check if it is correct, and click "Register".

5. Business partner information change notification
Please check your registered email address for Confirmation Email
Email subject：【FXON】Your Business Partner information has been changed
