In the Partner Portal, we provide banner images for partners to use in marketing and promotional activities. Partners can download the banner images or copy the source code to set them up on their blogs or other platforms.

If the banner image is not displaying correctly, please check the following:

If you downloaded and set up the banner image

If the banner is not displaying, refresh your browser and check if the image link is correct. If the banner image size looks distorted, check the vertical and horizontal sizes and adjust them according to the recommended sizes on the banner materials page.

If you embedded the banner image using the source code

If the banner is not displaying, refresh your browser and check if the image is displayed correctly. If there seems to be an issue with the source code, go to the Banner Materials tab, copy the provided code and paste it exactly as it is.
In addition, please note that customizing the code may affect the display.

If the issue persists after trying the steps above

Please try deleting the cache (images, scripts, and other data) that your browser temporarily stores.*1
If the issue persists, try checking with a different browser or device. (For example, try Microsoft Edge or Firefox if the banner doesn't display in Google Chrome. Or if you're checking on a PC, try viewing it on a smartphone instead.)
