How do I change the registered information for the corporate account?

If you wish to update any of the following registered information, please send an email from your registered email address to "support@fxon.com" with your name, both the current and updated information, and attach the required documents.

  • Phone number (Company, Representative)
  • Name (Representative, Trading Representative)
  • Address (Company, Representative, Trading Representative)

You can update the trading representative's phone number and email address directly through the FXON portal.

Updating Your Name

If you wish to change the name of the representative or trading representative, please submit one of the following documents:
  • Passport (if your maiden name is listed alongside your family name)
  • Driver's license (both sides)
  • ID / Residential card (with name change)
  • Other official documents proving name change

Updating Your Address (Representative, Trading Representative)

If the address of the representative or trading representative is being changed, please submit one of the following documents issued within the last 6 months, showing the new address:
  • Bank Statement
  • Credit card / Debit card Statement
  • Utility bill / Invoice
  • Phone bill
  • Other proof of residence documents

Updating Company's Address

If the company's address is being changed, please submit one of the following documents stated with your company's name and issued within the last 6 months, showing the new address:
  • Bank Statement
  • Credit card / Debit card Statement
  • Utility bill / Invoice
  • Phone bill
  • Certificate of registered seal / signature
  • Government-issued document with company name and address

If the representative is being changed to another person, or if the company name is being changed, additional documents will be required for verification. Please contact our support desk for further details.
