How do I change the registration information for a corporate account?

If you wish to update any of the following registration details, please send an email from your registered email address to "support@fxon.com" with your name, both the current and updated information, and attach the required documents.

  • Phone number (Company, Representative)
  • Name (Representative, Trading Representative)
  • Address (Company, Representative, Trading Representative)

You can update the trading representative's phone number and email address directly through the FXON portal.

Updating Your Name

If you wish to change the name of the representative or trading representative, please submit one of the following documents:
  • Driver’s license (both sides)
  • Resident registration (with name change)
  • Family register (showing marriage or name change)
  • Passport (if your maiden name is listed alongside your family name)
  • My Number card (if the information is updated)
  • Other official documents proving name change

Updating Your Address (Representative, Trading Representative)

If the address of the representative or trading representative is being changed, please submit one of the following documents issued within the last 6 months, showing the new address:
  • Resident registration
  • Health insurance card
  • Utility bill/Invoice
  • Tax certificate
  • Phone bill/Invoice
  • Insurance statement/Invoice
  • Credit card statement
  • Bank balance certificate
  • Other proof of address

Updating Your Address (Company)

If the company’s address is being changed, please submit one of the following documents issued within the last 6 months, showing the new address:
  • Utility bill
  • Bank transaction statement
  • Certificate of registered seal (Inkan Shomeisho)
  • Other proof of address (documents issued by a government agency in each country that include the company name, address, and issuance date)
