When withdrawing funds, please first transfer the funds from your trading account to your wallet, and then proceed with the withdrawal process from the wallet. The fund transfer is processed in real-time.
Please refer to the following instructions for transferring funds from your trading account to your wallet.
1. Go to the menu bar
After logging into the FXON portal, click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Transfer of funds" from the left menu.
After logging into the FXON portal, tap the three lines (≡) at the top of the screen, then select (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Transfer of funds."
2. Fund Transfer Operation
(1) Select "Trading Account → Wallet" > (2) Choose the desired trading account as the source > (3) Select the desired wallet as the destination > (4) Specify the transfer amount or the amount to be credited and enter the amount > (5) Click "Proceed."

Key Point
The transfer amount from the trading account to the wallet can be specified by selecting either the transfer amount or the credited amount.
After confirming the payment information, if you agree, please check the box for (1) Perform the transfer of funds". and then click (2) "Conduct a fund transfer."

The displayed exchange rate is the rate at the time of this screen display. The exchange rate may fluctuate when the fund transfer is actually executed.
3. Two-Factor Authentication Screen
Please proceed with the two-factor authentication.
4. Fund Transfer Completed
If "Fund transfer completed" is displayed, the process has been completed.
5. Fund Transfer Completion Email
Once the deposit process is completed on our end, a fund transfer completion email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox for confirmation.
