How do I transfer funds from the trading account to the wallet?

When withdrawing funds, please first transfer the funds from your trading account to your wallet, and then proceed with the withdrawal process from the wallet. The fund transfer is processed in real-time.

Please refer to the following instructions for transferring funds from your trading account to your wallet.

1. Menu bar

After logging into the FXON portal, go to the left menu and click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Transfer".

2. Fund Transfer Operation

(1) Select "Trading account → Wallet" > (2) Select the trading account you wish to transfer funds from > (3) Select the wallet you wish to transfer funds to > (4) Enter the transfer amount > (5) Click "Next step".

Key Point

You can specify the send or receive amount if transferring between different currencies.

After confirming the transfer information, please (1) check the box for "I have confirmed the precautions for transferring funds between different currencies." (only when transferring between different currencies) and then (2) click "Transfer".

When transferring between different currencies, the funds are converted into the destination currency before processing the transfer. The exchange rate shown on the confirmation screen reflects the rate at the display time and may fluctuate by the time the transfer is executed.*1

*1The exchange rate used by FXON is based on the BID price (selling price) of the Elite account.

3. Two-Factor Authentication

Please complete the two-factor authentication.

4. Fund Transfer Completed

Once "A funds transfer is completed" is shown, the process is complete.

5. Fund Transfer Completion Email

Once the deposit process is completed on our end, a fund transfer completion email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.
