Introduction for Using 【STEP 2】Setup profile (corporate account)

To start trading with FXON's real account, you will need to set up your profile and submit the required documents after signing up. For corporate accounts, you will be asked to register information about your company, the representative, and the person in charge of the transaction.
1. FXON Portal top page
After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (i) "Settings icon" > (ii) "Profile Settings".

2. Register corporate information
Make sure that the account category is correct (corporate) and click "Register information".

3. Corporate information
In step 1, fill out the corporate and investor information.
Enter your (i) country of location, (ii) name in English, (iii) name in Katakana if (i) is Japan, (iv) US tax obligation, (v) TIN if (iv) is Yes, (vi) date of establishment, (vii) zip/postal code, (viii) address, (ix) phone number, (x) nature of business (if others, add description), and (xi) website URL if you have it.
If you wish to set a corporate phone number different from the verified one registered at sign-up, check the "Others" checkbox and enter the country code and phone number.

4. Investor information
Fill out the investor information. Choose your company's (i) annual sales, (ii) net assets, (iii) estimated annual investment amount, and (iv) investment purpose. After filling it out, click (v) "Save and move to the next step" to proceed to step 2.

5. Information of the representative
In step 2, fill out the information of the representative and the person in charge of the transaction.
Enter their (i) nationality, (ii) name in Kanji and Katakana (if they are Japanese), (iii) gender, (iv) date of birth, (v) US tax obligation,(vi) TIN if (v) is Yes, (vii) zip/postal code, and (viii) address.
If you wish to set a phone number different from the verified one registered at sign-up, check the "Others" checkbox and enter the country code and phone number.
6. Information of the person in charge of the transaction
Fill out the information of the person in charge of the transaction.
If it's the same as the representative, choose "The corporate representative and the person in charge of the transaction are the same (No information entry required)".
If it's different, enter their (i) nationality, (ii) name in Kanji and Katakana if they are Japanese, (iii) gender, (iv) date of birth, (v) US tax obligation, (vi) TIN if (v) is Yes, (vii) zip/postal code, and (viii) address.
After filling out, click (ix) "Save and move to the next step" to proceed.
Fill out the information of the person in charge of the transaction.
If it's the same as the representative, choose "The corporate representative and the person in charge of the transaction are the same (No information entry required)".
If it's different, enter their (i) nationality, (ii) name in Kanji and Katakana if they are Japanese, (iii) gender, (iv) date of birth, (v) US tax obligation, (vi) TIN if (v) is Yes, (vii) zip/postal code, and (viii) address.
After filling out, tap (ix) "Save and move to the next step" to proceed.
7. Review your registration
Make sure that everything is correct and click "Register".
If you want to change the information, click "Edit the information of STEP 1" or "Edit the information of STEP 2".

8. Registration completed
Once your profile has been registered, you will see the message "Information registration is completed!".
9. Registration email
The following two emails will be sent to your email address.

Subject:【FXON】Please submit various certification documents to confirm your registration information
10. Identity verification
Proceed to the identity verification. Please submit your identity documents.
