How do I set up my profile?

To start trading with FXON's real account, you will need to set up your profile and submit the required documents after signing up. In the profile setting, you will be asked to register basic information such as your name and address, as well as investor information such as your occupation and the amount you plan to invest.

2. Register personal information

Make sure that the account category is correct (personal) and click "Register information".

3. Basic information

Fill out the basic information. Enter your (1) nationality, (2) name in Kanji and Katakana if you are Japanese, (3) gender, (4) date of birth, (5) US tax obligation, (6) TIN if (5) is Yes, (7) zip/postal code, and (8) address.

If you are registering a Japanese address, please enter it in Japanese.

For overseas addresses, please enter the address in English.

4. Investor information

Fill out the investor information. Enter your (1) employment status and (2) sources of funding or nature of business. Choose your (3) annual income, (4) net assets, (5) estimated annual investment amount, and (6) investment purpose. After filling it out, click (7) "Register information".

The "Register information" button will not appear if there are incomplete or blank entries. Please check that the required fields are not selected or not filled in, and that there are no input check errors in the red frame.

5. Review your registration

Make sure that everything is correct and click "Register".

6. Registration completed

Once your profile has been registered, you will see the message "Information registration is completed!".

The following email will be sent to your registered email address.

8.Identity verification

An email regarding the identity verification process will be sent to your registered email address. Please check the email and submit the required documents.
