You can download the history of your wallet deposits and withdrawals as transaction history data in PDF or CSV format on your computer. Please note that smartphones can only be used to view and not download the transaction history. To download your wallet transaction history on your computer, please follow the instructions below.
1. At menu bar
After logging into the FXON portal, go to the left menu and click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Transaction history".
2. Transaction history
The Transaction history will be displayed. (1) Set the start and end periods for the transaction history you wish to download and (2) click the "View the details" icon.
To view your trading history with specific conditions, please refer to the following article:
3. Display transaction details
Details of the transaction will be displayed. Click (1) "View transaction details" > (2) "Show print format".
4. Download Transaction history data
When the print settings screen appears, please print or output in PDF format as needed to check your transaction history.
Example of downloading transaction history
Smartphones can be used to view transaction details, but transaction statements cannot be viewed, printed, or downloaded.
