FXON sends out email newsletters with periodic events, contests, and new information. You can opt-out of receiving the newsletter by logging in to the FXON Portal and clicking on the "Email and Display Settings" link. Please note that important updates and notices requiring your consent will be sent to you even if you have set your email address to opt-out of receiving them.
1. Go to Email and Display Settings
2. Change the Email Receiving Settings
3. Completion message
If you do not receive an email, please check the following:
・Did you enter your email address correctly?
・Is your inbox full?
・Is the email in a different folder (e.g., the spam folder)?
・Does your email client block emails from unknown addresses?
In addition, please check your domain settings to accept emails from @fxon.com.
