I want to change my nickname.

To change your nickname, go to the profile settings after logging in to FXON. Your nickname can be anything you like between 3 and 50 characters long, as long as it is not already in use.

1. Go to Profile Settings

After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) Settings icon > (2) Profile Settings in the top right corner.

2. Change nickname (i)

Go to Basic Information > Nickname and click "Change".

After entering (1) the new nickname, click (2) "Change".

Tip

Nicknames must be up to 50 characters long, and those already in use cannot be registered.

4. Confirmation window

On the confirmation window, click "Change".

5. Nickname changed

Once the nickname has been changed, the message "Information registration is completed!" will appear. You will see the nickname updated.
