You can close your account from the trading account list page on the FXON Portal. When an account is closed, its status will change to Closed and cannot be recovered. Please note that closed accounts will no longer be accessible from MT4/MT5 and their transaction history will not be available.

1. Trading account list

After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) Account Management > (2) Trading Account List.

2. Close account (i)

Click (1) the down arrow to the right of the account you wish to close to expand its details. Click (2) Account operations > Account Closure.

The account closure window will open. Read the details, check the box of (1) "I have confirmed the details of account closure", and click (2) "Close".

Note

To close an account, please make sure the following conditions are met.

・No open positions on the account

・All funds have been withdrawn and the balance is zero

・The account is private

4. Confirmation window

The confirmation window will open. To proceed with the process, click "Close".

5. Account has been closed

Once you see the message "The selected account has been closed. The closed account will no longer be accessible from MetaTrader.", click "Close" to end the process.
