How can I deposit using overseas bank transfer?

For deposits made via international wire transfer, only USD is accepted for wallet funding.

Therefore, please make sure to select the "USD Wallet" as your deposit destination.

Once the funds are received in our designated bank account, they will typically be credited to your wallet within 2 to 5 business days.

After logging into the FXON portal, go to the left menu and click (1) "Wallet Management" > (2) "Deposit".

2. Deposit via overseas bank transfer

On the deposit page, (1) select  "USD wallet". > (3) enter the deposit amount > (4) click "Proceed to the next".

If the wallet for the currency you want to use is not available as an option, please create an wallet.

3. Verify payment information

After confirming the settlement information, click "Deposit info" to proceed.

4. Destination bank information

The "Destination bank information" will be displayed. Please review the provided details and proceed with the deposit. Also, make sure to enter the designated 6-digit code at the beginning of the remitter's name.

5. Remittance Bank Information Email

An email regarding the bank information for remittance will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox.

6. Deposit Completion Email

After completing the deposit, the funds will usually be reflected in your wallet within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If more than 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) has passed since the deposit process and the funds have not been credited, please contact our support desk.
