If you do not receive the e-mail after trying Step 1, please set up domain reception settings to allow e-mails from '@fxon.com'. Additionally, if the e-mail is being filtered into the spam folder, adding the e-mail address with the domain '@fxon.com' to the sender's safe list (e.g. whitelist) may resolve the issue. If you still cannot receive the e-mail, please try using a different e-mail address and repeat the sign-up process.
