If you have open positions in your trading account, you can close them by logging into the FXON portal and accessing the Position Management screen. You can close positions at market price and specify the closing quantity (lot size) when closing a single position. Please note that opening new positions from the FXON Portal is not possible.
After logging into the FXON portal, click "Position Management".

Select the account holding the position(s) you wish to close. (1) Click either "Real Account" or "Demo Account" and (2) choose the relevant trading account from (3) the drop-down menu.

Enter the quantity (lot size) you wish to close by either (1) directly typing it in or (2) clicking the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the quantity. Then, click "Execute market order".

When "Settlement has been successfully completed" is displayed, the closure process is finished. Click "Close" to return to the position management screen. Please note that due to market fluctuations, the rate at which your closure is executed may not necessarily match the currently displayed market price. Also, pending orders cannot be closed.
