How can I update my registered information?

If you wish to change your name or address, please email "support@fxon.com" from your registered email with your name, the old and new information, and attach the relevant documents listed below.

For name changes, please submit one of the following documents:

  • Passport (if your maiden name is listed alongside your family name)
  • Driver's license (both sides)
  • ID / Residential card (with name change)
  • Other official documents proving name change

For address changes, please submit one of the following proof of residence documents (issued within the last 6 months with your new address):

  • Bank Statement
  • Credit card / Debit card Statement
  • Utility bill / Invoice
  • Phone bill
  • Other proof of residence documents
