You can change your address in the profile settings after logging in to FXON. Address changes involving your country of residence cannot be made on the FXON portal, so please contact our support desk. Please note that proof of address may be required.

1. Go to profile settings page

After logging in to the FXON Portal, click (1) "Settings icon" > (2) "Profile Settings" in the top right corner.

On the profile settings page, click "Change information"

3. Enter new postal code and adress

Enter the new address on the Basic Information.
The fields to be entered are (1) Zip/Postal code, (2) State/Province, (3) City, (4) Address Line 1 and (5) Address Line 2 (if any).
After completing the new address, click on (6) Change information.

Once the registration confirmation screen appears, please make sure that the information you entered is correct, and then click "Change".

Once you see the message "Information registration is completed!", new address has been successfully registered.
If you see the message "We will verify the information you submitted. Please submit required documents if you haven't already.", You will not be able to make any changes to your information until our support desk confirm the document you submitted.
Please note that proof of address may be required to verify the new address.
