You can change your registered address on Profile Settings after logging in to FXON Portal. Please contact our support desk for address changes involving the country of residence, as such changes cannot be made on the portal.

1. Go to Profile Settings

After logging in to the FXON portal, click (1) "Settings icon" > (2) "Profile Settings" in the top right corner.

On Profile Settings page, click the button you want to change: "Change corporate information", "Change representative information" or "Change the person in charge of the transaction information"

3. Enter new address

Enter the new address on the Basic Information.
The fields to be entered are (1) Zip/Postal code, (2) State/Province, (3) City, (4) Address Line 1 and (5) Address Line 2 (if any).
After completing the new address, click on (6) "Change information".

The confirmation page will open. After confirming that the information you entered is correct, click "Change".

5.Registration completed

When the top of the screen displays "Information registration is completed! is displayed, the procedure is complete.
You will not be able to change your information until the confirmation is completed at our support desk.
Please note that you may be required to provide proof of your current address to confirm your registration.

6. Registration acceptance email

The following email will be sent to your email address.
