Both the Standard Account and the Elite Account offer the same core features, including the number of tradable instruments and up to 1,000x leverage. However, they differ in trading fees, spreads, and other cost-related specifications.

Here are the features of the Standard Account.

  • Trading Fees: None
  • Major Spreads: 1.2 – 2.0 pips
  • Execution Type: STP + OTC
  • Execution Quality: High
  • Platform: MetaTrader 5 (MT5)

The Standard Account uses a spread-only pricing model, where trading fees are included in the spread. This account is ideal for traders whose strategies are less affected by spread fluctuations and those who prefer simplified cost management without having to calculate fees per trade.

Please see below for the features of the Elite Account.

  • Trading Fees: $3 per side / per lot*1
  • Major Spreads: 0.0 – 0.8 pips
  • Execution Type: STP + OTC
  • Execution Quality: High
  • Platform: MetaTrader 4 (MT4) / MetaTrader 5 (MT5)

The Elite Account uses a raw spread + external commission model, meaning even with the added trading fees, the overall trading cost is often lower than the Standard Account.

This account is popular with traders who prefer scalping or short-term strategies, and those who favor precise cost analysis per trade.

FXON also offers a "Account Type Simulator" to help you find the most suitable account based on your trading instruments and frequency.

*1Fee applies to FX currency pairs and precious metal CFDs.
