If you stop the operation during the FXON identity verification procedure, or if the procedure is interrupted due to Internet connection problems or the screen being closed, you will need to redo the operation. Please go through the identification verification procedure again.
Display of interruption message during identity verification procedure
If "Identity verification process has been interrupted" is displayed during the verification process, you can restart the process by tapping "Redo the identity verification process".
Steps to Restart the Identity Verification Process
If the operation is interrupted during the ID or facial recognition process, you will be returned to the ID selection screen. Please restart the verification process from there.
If the operation is interrupted during the address verification process and the following screen is displayed upon resuming, you can continue the procedure starting from the address verification step by tapping "Continue authentication".

If you would like to restart the process from the beginning of the ID verification, please tap "Restart from the beginning".
